(WONDERLOON.KL) is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colors have been inputted prior to making payment. All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by (WONDERLOON.KL) However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same.

(WONDERLOON.KL) shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery

If for any reason (WONDERLOON.KL) is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, (WONDERLOON.KL) will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, (WONDERLOON.KL) will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of (WONDERLOON.KL) and there will be no refunds.

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED. All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered

An exchange will be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect, we will reimburse the postage charges for the wrong item(s) sent to the customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out Of Stock,

DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) RECEIVED All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered
